Well this is the house after the first week of demo work! We found out some interesting things while we were working. Exciting: there is hardwood floor throughout! So we will just sand it and re-finish. Interesting: there is no insulation in the house! So we are going to have to figure that out. We all worked in the yard this week getting most of the plants out, they were mostly trash plants. Replanted a few things but for the most part just clearing things out. I am excited to have new plants and a yard to put them in! We are so looking forward to the transformation and seeing the final product!
